Our client, a leading name in real estate business seeks to employ a Researcher for their Dubai operations. The ideal candidate must be an MBA with 4-6 years of experience in a research organization/department. Exposure to research in the real estate industry will be an advantage. The role would involve preparation and data collection for all consulting assignments, benchmarking surveys, in-house research and articles; use of appropriate creative methodology to design and manage a research project involving qualitative or quantitative methods, conducting or directing fieldwork to gather information, evaluation of research and interpretation of data, reporting research findings and maintenance and enhancement of existing databases.
This position is based in Dubai
Salary: Dhs.6000/- (all inclusive)
Timings: 9.00 am to 6.30 pm, 5 days a week
