Our client is a reputed business house in Qatar, with varied business interests including automobiles & car rental. With a view to increase their present market share in the automobile & car rental business they seek to hire dynamic professionals to join them in the following capacities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, the jobholder will be solely responsible for the effectiveness of the entire car rental business, which comprises of a fleet of 1000 vehicles. In addition, he will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth to ensure increased profit margins; appointing, training & developing personnel to ensure optimum performance & efficiency; setting the direction for the business, including marketing & advertising; strengthening ties with existing business associates; formulating annual budgets and monitoring customer satisfaction through CSI and customer complaints. Ideal candidate will be a European National with 10-12 years of management experience in a similar capacity of which at least 5 years should have been within the GCC. Results driven, customer focused, high level of computer literacy with proven experience in managing & turning things around are pre-requisites for selection.
